All prices are quoted based on product specifications, order quantity, and agreed terms. Payment terms (such as T/T, PayPal, or others) will be confirmed before order processing. Production will commence after receipt of the agreed payment or deposit.

4. Production & Lead Time

Production timelines are estimates and may vary depending on order complexity and quantity. We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed deadlines but shall not be held liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping arrangements can be made by us or by the buyer’s nominated forwarder. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to logistics conditions, customs clearance, or other external factors. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon shipment unless otherwise agreed.

6. Quality & Inspection

We follow strict quality control procedures. Minor variations in color, size, or material may occur due to the nature of printing and manufacturing processes and shall not be considered defects. Customers are encouraged to request samples before mass production.

7. Claims & Returns

Any claims regarding product defects or shortages must be submitted within a specified period after receipt of goods (e.g., 7 days). Valid claims will be handled through replacement, compensation, or other mutually agreed solutions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, and artwork provided by customers are assumed to have proper authorization for use. We are not responsible for any intellectual property disputes arising from customer-supplied content.

9. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the relevant order.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with mutually agreed applicable laws and trade practices.
